This year our information days are going online!
Learn more about United World Colleges and the applications process at our 'Zoom In On UWC' sessions!

Zoom In On UWC is a programme of live online information, presentation and question and answer sessions that are designed to give you an inside look at all aspects of UWC life and the application process.

Our Zoom In On UWC sessions will run every other week on Thursday evenings and will feature different  topics to ensure you get a full understanding about the UWC schools, selections process, potential scholarships, the experience of going to an international boarding school, and everything in between. Each session will have the opportunity for you to ask questions and hear from members of UWC Great Britain, UWC alumni, parents and current students.

Who can attend?

Anyone! Our Zoom In On UWC sessions are designed for prospective students, parents or anyone interested to learn more about United World Colleges.

Are you age 14-17? Do you see issues in the world that you want to change? Do you want to do your post-16 education in a school that doesn't only focus on grades? Who is hosting the sessions?

Our Zoom In On UWC sessions will be hosted by members of the UWC National Committee of Great Britain. UWCGB is the organisation that selects students from Great Britain to attend the 18 different UWCs each year.

We will also have UWC alumni, current students and parents available at different sessions to make sure you get the best inside look at UWC and the application process.

What will each sessions be on?

Our Zoom In On UWC sessions will each cover a different topic about UWC and the process on how to apply. Each session will take place more than once to make sure everyone has a chance to join. There will also be an opportunity at each session for you to ask any questions you may have.
